Erik Wendelboe Christiansen is an attorney at the law firm Horten in Copenhagen. He is an expert within all areas of employment law, especially agreements in relation to managing directors and other executives, incentives and stock options, loyalty obligations, collective agreements and public employment. He is a very experienced litigator before the Danish courts where he has represented both private and public and national and international clients in connection with various employment matters. He is a lecturer at the Danish Association of Lawyers, DJØF (Danish Association of Lawyers and Economists), the Danish Bar and Law Society and JSB/Bond Solon in London. He is co-author of the books “Non-Competition Agreements” (Schultz, 1999), “The Danish Act on Stock Options” (Thomson, 2006), “Scandinavian Employment Law” (Thomson, 2007) and Restrictive covenants (Pejus,2016). He speaks the Scandinavian languages, English and German.
