Digital meetings are here to stay. But the digital format offers several challenges – so how can you manage digital meetings, presentations and workshops in a great way, even if you’re sitting at home? What do you need to consider when your meetings need to work on a digital platform and still be engaging, clear and professional?

In this short webinar we will go through the most important things you need to think about when managing digital presentations, lectures and other types of meetings – from structure to performance, sound and lighting.

The course will be held by Jenny Rosqvist. She is a master of rhetoric and have been working as an educator since 2005 when she started the company She has been freelancing ever since, working with administrative authorities and companies in varying lines of businesses improving their skills in argumentation, presenting and facilitating. She’s also been employed at Södertörn university as a lecturer, course developer and course coordinator in rhetoric and Swedish language.

 You will get an understanding of:

  • Background, light and sound – what technical aspects do you need to consider?
  • How to keep your listener’s attention?
  • How can you create engagement and dialogue?
  • What about body language and voice in digital platforms?

Target group:
Anyone facilitating or participating in digital meetings, presentations, lectures or workshops. For example HR personnel, lawyers, solicitors, project managers, economists etc.

Purpose and goal:
The purpose of this education is to provide the participant with clear insights into which adjustments need to be made when meeting on a digital platform rather than in a physical environment.
