Latest employment law developments and case law across the Nordic countries
Stay up to date with the latest developments in employment law across Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. This course is designed for HR professionals and others responsible for personnel in one or more Nordic countries who need to understand recent legislative changes, new case law and their implications for employers.
Experienced employment law specialists from all four countries provide updates on current and upcoming changes, recent legal practice and relevant employment law issues. Particular emphasis is placed on the latest and upcoming changes in employment law in Norway, Denmark and Finland.
The course is held in English and moderated by lecturers from Sweden. Some lecturers participate digitally.
After the course
You will have an updated understanding of recent and upcoming employment law developments in the four Nordic countries. This will help you identify relevant legal changes and assess their implications for HR policies, employment practices and personnel management across Nordic operations.
Prior knowledge
The course is intended for professionals with experience in HR, personnel management or employment law. It focuses on recent developments and assumes a basic understanding of employment-related issues.
