Lea Lankinen has over 20 years of experience in domestic and international corporate tax and global mobility matters across various industries and company sizes. Lea advises listed and owner-managed companies, as well as their owners, and personnel on tax, corporate, and employment law matters, with a focus on internationally active clients.

She has extensive experience in incentive schemes, ownership transitions, restructurings, tax disputes, and advance ruling processes. Lea also supports companies in internationalization and provides comprehensive guidance in cross-border relocation and employment situations, including planning and managing international assignments. Prior to joining BDO, she worked at Big Four audit firms and the Finnish Tax Administration. Her approach is holistic, practical, and business-oriented, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
